2024 Fall Masters Rules/Format
Rules
• Bowl 5 games of qualifying
• Cut to top 16 for match play (based on number of entries)
• All bracket matches will be 2 game total pinfall - winner advances
• Single elimination bracket
- Open to all Central Ohio United States Bowling Congress (COUSBC) members with the following criteria:
a. Must have a minimum of 9 games bowled in the COUSBC registered league in the past 5 years, including the current 2023-2024 season
b. Must be a current member of COUSBC
c. Must be in good standing with United States Bowling Congress - During match play, all ties will use a 9th and 10th frame roll-off
- If there is a tie to determine the last qualifying spot to get to match play, there will be a 9th and 10th frame roll-off after qualifying ends
- If there is a tie to determine the seed numbers, that will be determined by the high game of the seeds that are tied
- All other rules will be governed by the USBC rule book
- Walk-ins accepted until 15 mins prior to start time
- Max number of entries will be 90
- Entry fee breakdown - $90
a. Prize Fund - $75
b. Lineage - $10
c. Administrative fee - $5 - Tournament to be bowled on Kegel Stonehenge pattern
- Payout ratio will be 1:4
